Can CHELA employees read my journal?
No. Access to the production database is strictly limited by role-based access control (RBAC). Your transcripts are completely inaccessible to our engineering and support teams.
What happens if I delete an entry?
When you hit delete, we issue a hard-delete command across the entire infrastructure. The data is entirely irrecoverable.
Can I export my journal locally and delete my account?
